The Facility

Overview

Overview

Our facility is a well-equipped sports performance and physical rehabilitation facility.  Tours are always welcomed and can be booked by contacting us via e-mail or by texting/calling the info on our site.

 

There is an in house therapy room/office to be used as a satellite clinic for health practitioners and for client assessments and consultations.

We have several amenities for your convenience including private washrooms and  private shower rooms, wifi, and a large assortment of equipment.

Access

Facility Access

Upon sign up, all clients are scheduled to meet with their respective head coach for the first 2 weeks.  Although this creates a more rigid schedule initially, it ensures the delivery of appropriate training and movement education. 

 

During this time, clients will become familiar with the facility, program structure and will understand the “flow” of how the facility as a whole works. 

 

Once a client is under way in their programming and both the head coach and client feel confident in the program tracking and exercise execution, 24 HOUR ACCESS is provided!

*Please note that 24 hour access with teens under 18 will be decided on a selective basis, with permission and agreement made between Head Coach, Director and parents.

Hours of operation listed on our website, are the ACTIVE coaching hours, where 1 or more coaches are available and on site for coaching, questions and support:

Mon: 6:00 am - 8:30 pm
Tue: 9:00 am - 8:30pm
Wed: 6:00 am - 8:30 pm
Thu: 9:00 am - 8:30pm
Fri: 6:00am - 1:00 pm, 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Sat: 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00am-12:00pm
