Jason is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Jason is passionate about creating purposeful strength training programs and helping clients execute them in the most effective way possible for longevity and results. He also believes in setting goals and getting into habits that will help you become the strongest version of yourself.
Throughout his career he has coached numerous athletes from various sports such as football, basketball, powerlifting, judo and tennis. He is also a trainer of trainers educating for Fitness NB teaching their classroom/practical courses to help produce high quality personal trainers.
Jason is obsessed with strength training and has competed as a competitive powerlifter. He also had his first strength training initiative sparked by watching pro wrestling on TV as a kid, even going through the process to train and wrestle some matches for the XWA himself!
